Job Description

1. To carry out fabrication and testing of analog / digital circuits
2. To do prototype development of transformers / inductors for electric circuit applications
3. To prepare necessary engineering documentation, co-ordinate with production during pilot batch production
4. To interact with vendors / suppliers / customers as required
5. To work as a member with team of engineers
6. Design knowledge of transformer industry, analog and digital circuits, current sensors would be an added advantage.

Qualification: B.E (E&E).

Experience: 6-8 Years.

Industry Background: Electrical /Electronics Industry.

(Experience in handling Electronic assembly line/unit).

 

Job Description:

Will be a part of Design & engineering dept. will be responsible for leading a design team for  product development from prototype to bulk production. The range of projects would include development of sensors of various types (inductive/hall effect, etc.) for measurement quantities and microprocessor based signal conditioning and data converter circuits (primarily for measurement application).

     Desired Background: Thorough knowledge of

1.       Electrical Circuit analysis, analog and digital circuit for measurement applications

2.        Performance of network components, resistors and capacitors and inductors in circuits

3.        Conversant with design and development of microprocessor based measurement systems.

4.         Knowledge of power electronics will be an advantage.

5.         Ability to guide a team of engineers and co-ordinate efforts for successful completion of the project

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Make product presentations to potential clients.
2. Gather business related information on products, from Internet/ exhibitions/ trade magazines.
3. Data  compilation on competitor activity,
4. Generation of Enquires from Leads identified in Exhibitions/direct contacts
5. Preparation of Quotations and follow up with techno-commercial discussions.
6. Order booking to meet the targets on monthly basis.
7. ISO 9000 Procedure & CRM update.
8. Marketing Materials (catalog, power point etc )preparation
9. Exhibition participation

 Desired Profile:

1. Candidate should possess Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
2. Should have aptitude for Marketing & Sales.
3. Ability to use computers to Conduct Information Research & Data Mining.
4. Preparation of detailed reports for Management.(MIS)
   

SKILLS DESIRED

1. Should posses excellent communication skills (Oral and written).
2. Should possess good telephone and email etiquette.
3. Knowledge in any foreign language would be added advantage (Spanish, French, Italian).

Qualification: Diploma or B.E (E&C) /MBA

Experience: 4–6 Years in handling electrical & electronic components

business development.
